Hosting, backups and security are fully managed. Content or design changes are quoted separately at our standard hourly rate.
The 1-2 monthly hours cover content updates, image swaps, small copy edits and minor tweaks. Structural changes (new pages, new features, redesigns) are quoted separately.
"Unlimited minor requests" covers content, copy, image and small layout tweaks with no hour cap. New features, new pages or full redesigns are scoped and quoted as separate projects.

The setup fee is a once-off payment to build and launch your site. The monthly fee covers hosting, backups, security and support, billed monthly from launch.
Our standard agreement runs month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Ask us about longer-term arrangements if you'd prefer a fixed contract.
We can register and manage your domain on your behalf, or work with a domain you already own — just let us know during setup which applies.
